So here's a new twist on the old line, "The dog ate my homework." One night, we were all busy and didn't notice that the African Grey, Allie, got off her cage and proceeded to waltz around the house. She found DD's homework, which was waiting to be packed for school the next day. She decided to test it with her bill, and poked several large holes in it. DD told her teacher the next day and the whole class got a good laugh!
