CR camped with the girl scouts last weekend. Given that we both woke up sick and with fevers, it was really stupid to go. However, this had been planned for months, and she absolutely did not want to miss it. So.....we took along medication (I went along as a chaperone), and spent 12 hours swimming, hiking, cooking, and playing. (In retrospect, I'm not sure if was worth it - at least for me. CR was at the tail end of her cold, but mine was just beginning. I'm still not 100% healthy).

Oh, the sacrifices we make for our kids! When you both look back on this from the perspective of time, it will have been well worth it. Glad she had fun, despite being under the weather. You are a trooper, Marsha!
