Over the past week, DD and I did a lot of baking. We made chocolate chip cookies, corn muffins, Chex Muddy Buddies, and English muffin pizzas (pictured). DD is at a perfect age where she can read the ingredients and measure things. Her specialty is mixing....she holds the spoon between her palms and vigorously spins it from side to side.
