Okay, so I think we have a somewhat flexible understanding of the word "no" in our household, at least where the baby is concerned. I thought I was imagining this, but I'm not. When I tell DD2 "no," she looks at me sweetly, smiles, and continues doing whatever it is that she is not supposed to do.
Hmmmm.....
