Back to Normal, Whatever that Means!

Well, our power was turned back on, and our household has returned to normal. However, on the heels of the hurricane, we've just experienced a nor'easter that brought 5+ inches of snow. School was delayed this morning. Sigh.....There was a lot of hurricane damage - trees uprooted, flooding. Our town green sustained a lot of damange. Over half of the trees on it, many very old, were destroyed. Very sad. And we hear that another 60,000 light and power customers in our state are without power AGAIN. We feel very lucky that we have our power this time around.
