CR's Fourth grade participated in a colonial day at her school, where all the kids and grown-ups dressed in clothings indicative of the times. They participated in games, crafts and activities of colonial times, and also got to sample some food. CR had a good time, I think, except she didn't particularly like her bonnet, and also complained about her dress being too "puffy." She received lots of compliments on her outfit, though - thanks, Aunt Angie, for sewing it and lending it! She is standing with her best friend in the one photo.
