Fall Harvest

We've been enjoying some vegetables from our patio pots, except that the tomatoes are not turning green. And the green peppers seem to be shriveling on the bush, instead of growing. There are tons of green peppers on the plant, some of them fairly good-sized, but they don't seem to be growing. The grape tomatoes and cherry tomatoes seem to be doing okay, but still, there a lot of green ones that don't seem to be ripening. Does anybody know why? Lack of sun(except they are in full sun)? Wrong soil nutrients? Something else? (By the way, CR took these photos. She is getting to be quite the photographer, isn't she?)
