My Busy Bee

Recently, we found a great bee hive up in a tree. We watched it carefully for about a week and then decided it was definitely vacant. And that we absolutely HAD to have it. So we got it down and used a flashlight to explore the honeycombs inside. Very cool! RJ wanted to share it with her preschool friends, so she dressed as a "bee" and took it in (you can see it to her right, on a black tray, along with a book from the library about bees, and a flashlight).
