Back-To-School Night

We had a great night last night, listening to the First Grade Team at DD's school. We also had a look around the classroom. The kids had posted little projects all around the room, many with illustrations. It was really touching to see some of her inventive spelling...."petsa" for "pizza," "cocys" for "cookies," And the best part of all? The note on her desk, to us, that said, "Dear Mom and Dad, I love you. I hope you are having a good time."
