We're (Almost) on our way!

Here is a Summary of our Trip:

Day One: A limo service will pick us up at our house. We ride to the airport in New York, NY. We arrive in Beijing 13 hours later.

Day Two: We arrive at Beijing Airport. Our guide picks us up at the airport and transports us to our hotel.

Day Three: This is a free day for us to investigate the sights around our hotel. We will see Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City and go to The Silk Street Market.

Day Four: Today we are touring the Great Wall, Badaling Section and Ming Tombs.

Day Five: We check out of our hotel and are transported back to Beijing Airport. We fly to Wuhan Airport. Our local guide meets us at the airport and transports us to our hotel.

Day Six: We get up early in the morning and wait in the hotel lobby. We are transported to official offices, where we receive our new baby!

Day Seven: We play with our baby. Our guide will take us to area sightseeing attractions. We will visit some or all of the following: Guiyuan Buddhist Temple, Hubei Provincial Museum, Plum Ridge, Mao Zedong’s private villa, shopping and strolling on Jianghan Street along the Yangzi River, Wuhan University, Yellow Crane Tower, Wuhan Botanic Garden and Wuhan East Lake.

Day Eight: We continue to play with our baby! We will have local sightseeing arranged by our guide.

Day Nine: Once again, we play with our baby. This is our final full day in Wuhan. We will sightsee and shop.

Day Ten: We get our baby’s passport, and return to Wuhan Airport for our evening flight to Guangzhou. We arrive in Guangzhou and are greeted by our guide, who takes us to our hotel.

Day Eleven: In the morning, our baby has a medical examination. We also get photographs of our baby to complete her visa paperwork. Sightseeing is arranged by our guide. We hope to see some or all of the following: Guangzhou Art Museum, Haizhu Square Wholesale Market, Guangzhou Old Railway Station, and Huadiwan in the Fangcun District.

Day Twelve: We play with our baby! We sightsee.

Day Thirteen: We have an official Interview at the US Consulate. More local sightseeing.

Day Fourteen: We take an official oath at the US Consulate. More local sightseeing.

Day Fifteen: We get our baby’s visa at the US Consulate.

Day Sixteen: We leave from Guangzhou Airport headed for Beijing Airport. After a layover, we leave for NY, NY. We arrive in NY and our limo service picks us up and takes us back to our house!!
