Yesterday we took a trip on a ferry to Long Island. We took our car and were able to drive around the scenic coastline of Orient Point, L.I. We stopped in a few small towns (including Orient, East Marion and Greenport) and spent time at Orient Beach State Park. The temperatures were a bit cool but the sky was blue. DD was really fascinated with the ferry. On our way over, there were 94 cars on board (hard to believe!). We even saw some seals playing in the water!
