Poor Dear daughter! She's had so much fun in the water this summer...too much fun, perhaps, since a week ago she was diagnosed with swimmer's ear. This is not a serious condition and is easily treatable with ear drops, but the timing of it was really bad, since she was not able to participate in her swim lessons that were scheduled for this week and next. She was disappointed, but I guess it is one of those life lessons that has to be learned..things sometimes don't work out the way we want them to.
The good news is that we went for a re-check yesterday, and she is all better. We are going to try to enroll her in swim lessons again at the end of the summer.
