Here she is! Her Chinese name is Xiao Cai, pronounced "sheow" "tsay."
Xiao Cai means beautiful colors, early morning. Her birthdate is February 24, 2009 and she was born in Hubei Province, China.
She is so adorable. And so much hair!!! It won't be long before she has a big smile on that cute face!!!!
