* Her name means "Shining," "Bright," "filled with sunshine," "colorful."
* She is outgoing and active.
* She is energetic.
* She loves outdoor activities.

* She loves her toys.
* She is an adorable child (We AGREE!!!!!)

Yes, she has been in foster care for the entirety...
Her province is just north of DD's. DD was born in Hunan and DD2was born in Hubei, which is north of Hunan.
