Alright, so here it is.......CCAA has skipped the month of November, so we will NOT be getting our China referral this month. It is unclear what is happening. Apparently there was an internal job switch at CCAA where a new director was appointed. Also, in-country concern about H1N1 abounds. It could be both of these reasons or neither of these reasons.
So we do not expect to travel by the end of 2009. We are extremely disappointed. After all we've been through, we were just hoping to at least be in the air to China before the start of 2010. But that's just not going to happen.
IF we get a referral next month, the best we can hope for is to be in China in February. And what if we don't get our referral next month? Well, what can I say. It is impossible to speculate.
