Slow Down

It is being reported that CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs) is slowing things down right now until they see what is happening with H1N1. This is something that I've been saying for the past few months, so I totally agree with that assessment. Still, we are the very next calendar day (March 29) to get our referrals. We are hoping that they do send out referrals this month.
