Packages are in the air - ?

New rumors today...Apparently there are "packages" in air, coming from China. No one knows what is in these packages. It could be referrals, it could be travel approvals for previously matched groups, it could be stuff for the special needs program. So we are once again on pins and needles, waiting...waiting....waiting.
